Avnish Goyal, a very inspired man in healthcare business. He is building his home care business with integrity and honesty. His main focus is not getting money as much as possible as it is being done by other people, but he focuses on helping people. He also feels happy when he sees the happiness of the people who lives in his homecare.
After running Hallmark, his first home care business, he’s having more than 1,100 employees (what a great number to employ people, right?) and planning to make it until 5,000 employees. He understands that more people need more than bed in the home care. He provides other facilities, such us latest cinema equipment and hydrotherapy.
Btw, do you think that his successful came in sudden? Of course no, he already has the discipline that brings him to this position since 11 years old. He started working at his father newsagent shop and got up early everyday to help rounding the papers, together with his brothers and sisters.
After he graduated from college, he found the working experience by becoming an accountant at Cooper & Lybrand. He works accountant for 11 years before deciding to start working in other areas.
Currently, he’s not only a successful healthcare businessman, but he also gives motivation in several seminars to share his living experience to provide a better world for some people. He also contributes in Hemraj Goyal Foundation that puts attention on disadvantaged children.
